Service is good, we had visited thane office in Jan 2020 for Thailand tour.nTheir tour packages are affordable and installment payment is available .nGreat tour management during early period of covid

No telephone is working and no communication is made with the representativennOnly way of communicating is going on is mail which is not feasiblennNo proper call or explanation is given how the refund for tours which are cancelled by COVID

We recently booked seat for Australia - New Zealand tour of 3 weeks. This agency charges prohibitive costs. But, personally our experience with the Kesari-Team had been a nightmare. There are others who found it good but it is strange how one gets guided nice by them. Office, location, reception, courteousness all good. But after sale service has big scope of improvement.

The tour consultant Faiyaz gave a very cold reception. As if doing a great favor, he explained those things only which I asked after looking into Kesari app. Even water was given only when asked.

Good office and good location. Staff is good and great service. The only problem was finding a parking space for my car
