Extremely poor quality products. I think they sell fake Aldo products. I bought a sling bag on Feb 7th and within 2 weeks of usage the material of the bag started to crumble, and the strap of the bag tore and came off. Even Aldo's signature badge came off. Went to the store, they did not respond well, they were expecting me to buy another one from fresh and add another 2-3k to my overall purchase as they do not have anything similar in the same price range as the bag I purchased. I asked for my money back they denied. Store manager said they will call me within 2 days for further information on what can be done, but its been 3 days and I haven't received any call yet. I will not recommend this store to anyone, even if you like Aldo products. I am not sure if they sell fake or real products.

Aldo is one of my favorite brand of shoes but the store in Viviana can really do lit better. In terms of the latest style in them, colour and size the retailers need to review the stock.nThere are some common styles of Aldo shoes which should be there in common shoe size.nBut all said and done, Aldo shoes are one of the most comfortable shoes so the stars are only for the brand!

The service provided by them is the worse... They are always ready with excuses.. A case was pending with them which was not available at the store they me to told me to collect it tomorrow .. I have been visiting them since 2 days n still is not available.n the excuse is they gave it to some other customer ....

Today I went in the aldo showroom at viviana and inquired about a shoe. Later on I decided not to buy the shoe but instead bought an insole and a shoe polish. He was supposed to give me a shoe-on but the moment the staff named Danish realised that I am not buying the shoe, he was reluctant to show any other stuff. I was under the impression that I have got the shoe-on but after coming home I got to know that there's no shoe-on. This was an awful customer experience. Please look into this matter as Customer satisfaction should be your utmost priority.
