This is the customer service center for ICICI Prudential insurance and investment products. They will allow limited people inside after covid protocol. You will have to scan a QR code from WhatsApp and answer the question. The staff are courteous and helpful. They issues a token at the entrance and your number will be displayed. It takes average 15mins per person. If crowded your turn will come in 25mins

The staffs are so horrible that they do not have full knowledge about the policy given to customer. They basically cheat people to sell the product. They hide the actual information and provide the surface information. It is only during the time of maturity you get to know the scenario, that you are in complete loss. This company fools people and eats up the invested amount. They do not even provide the break up even after asking for. Just horrible they are. Cheaters complete bunch of cheaters. Do not even deserve one star.

The staff attended to the reason for the visit very professionally and without any hassles. Hand sanitizer were kept, both at entry and exit.

I am former employee of these which is ICICI prudential Life insurance, my Manager his name SHAN ALI CHAUHAN always told us that do mis sales mis guide to clients/ customers but bring me the cheque and if u can't do that so give resignation, so finally I'm no longer member of these fraud company. These company sets target for its employees to achieve by anything like do mis sales cheat fraud but achieve target they are not worry abt customers they want to fill target and earn incentives.nSHAN ALI CHAUHAN HIS NAME ALWAYS REMEMBER HE IS FRAUD AND CHEATER HE STAY AT AMBERNATH BUT FRAUDULENT TO ALL OVER MUMBAI
