No help during the time off Covid. They want us to submit hard copies for reimbursement. Other insurance companies are working with soft copies and have even come up with innovative such as tagging. Horrible email response, call center etc.

The agent in Thane considers he is doing a favour n ud83dudc4e. Star health must sack such unresponsive agents.nThey are the one who must serve their n not the other way. How does Star health pay the agent his commission, when the useless agent doesn't even respond to her client? Star health must note it

They are very quick in settling the Claims, believe me! They just discard claims as soon as it reaches to them. Most of hospitals have already stopped cashless procedures, only corporate mediclaims are allowed to be cashless.nI have family mediclaim with Star. Submitted 2 claims for my dad when he was sick due to fever and cold and both were rejected stating 1. hospitalisation was related pre-existing disease of Asthma and 2. Hospitalisation was not necessary.nOne of my claim was partially settled stating, hospitalisation was not necessary for 5 days and it should have been only 3 days. They cleared the money only for 3 days and declined all the medical test which were done. Who are these guys to say how many days doctor should have hospitalised me and who wants to stay in hospital for more days.nCataract surgery allowance is only 12k. And basic operation cost at any eye hospital costs 15k and medicine and tests extra.nHigh trust issues with this company, I am customer from last 7 years who is quitting the policy after so may failures of getting the claim settled
