Better decor and atmosphere as compared to any govt. insurance office. Work may take more time due to seemingly unnecessary compliances that the officers insist upon, rather than using their logic and common sense.

In fact I wanted to give zero stars but there is no provision so giving it one star. My wife has a pension plan. It required live certificate. I got a message to submit it on line in month of March. When I pressed the link it did not take me to any on line live certificate submission. After extensive search I could find a form that I down loaded , filled up. It required certification from a bank manager, a principal etc with his or her official stamp. Lockdown had started so it was not possible to do any of these. In the mean time pension had stopped for last 4 months. Finally a principal could be found who was going to her college once a week. She signed ,stamped and returned the form. When our man went to submit it the great clerk handed over another form stating the earlier form was not valid. Now I have to repeat the entire process. Best part is, except the printers codes, there is no different between the two forms. The information required policy number, name , identity proof , address and signature certified by xyz was same up to third place of decimal. Now it raises following questions.n1. Why are they keeping invalid form on their web site?n2. When they are communicating every month that ₹ so and so have been deposited in your account, why the form can not be enclosed in one communication two to three months ahead?n3. The clerk can see the contents of the two forms and decide on the spot whether the information required is same or not.nIn these hard times stopping pension of a senior citizen for a stupid reason is not justifiable.nI highly condemn the “clerkish” attitude of the heartless employee of the company.

Sir,nMy policy no is 1789312 i have submitted all documents as it mature its already more than 1 month i haven't received my money in my account because every time your naupada branch customer care executive giving me wrong information now your call center executive telling me to give stop Payment form and your naupada branch customer care executive telling me no need to fill it dont come to branch i will do it.nboth of them are confusing me i want my money as soon as  possiblenRegards,komal

Still my 2 policies which are closed since 4 yrs the money not received you can expect this from kotak only conning you in this life and afterlife too
