Very helpful staff, I was check review before going to branch. Review was negative but when actually I visit branch is everyone polite, helpful,nPlus point is I was there for claim amount of laps policy amount.not for purchase new policy.nI got my claim next 7 days.nSpl thanks Ms AKSHADA

Hdfc after sales service is very bad, poor response to email and no solution on mail as well as customer care number,nYou have approach physically in the branch everytime for your queries etc.nUpon request also no call back, as per their available options.nThey only call for collection once in a year, very least bother for your queries.nEven customer care executive don't have ideas about their center address and they are working or not, arrogant speech.nExperience faulty address on google map, showing in the middle of road and saying you have reached your destination.nQuestion mark on sales staff, given false statements, and wrong papers produced.nNormally customer don't go through the documents thoroughly, they trust on what has been told. Generally might be busy with the needful, like loans etc.

Pathetic customer service. The worst customer service I have ever received. Even after writing for about 20 times and talking to your customer agent, my query hasn't been resolved. I've send emails and requested documents to service@hdfclife and received the same automated response from them every time asking for my policy details. On the other end I always receive remainder emails asking me to pay my premium. If you don't have my details then how the hell on this earth are you sending me the emails. I'm awaiting my money back amount which was due in July. If I don't receive my amount, I'd escalate the case to consumer court and grievance.

HDFC Life Branch is closed since March20 and no is responding for premium payments made. Even writing email do not get any response. never policy thru POLICY Bazaar on any Online directly. We require Agents who can help us in future. As once policy is taken BANKS never responds
