Excellent service provided by hospital entire staff. One of the best hospital in Thane providing superb services. All doctors in panel guide patients properly and take proper care as require. All doctors, sisters and other staff are very polite and caring. Homely atmosphere in the Hospital. Charges are very reasonable. Any complaints are attended to very quickly. All are reachable whenever required.

Getting my father home was the first step and entire staff of Universal Multi speciality Hospital played a crucial role in this. Entire staff is very supportive, caring and prompt, including mama, maushi, sister, Om, Mansi and people at reception as well. Thanks a lot for your support!

Worst experience.Doctors are also too worst.very lengthy procedure if your family member would die also they want bother they will take time to complete their procedures.Due to doctors negligence we lost my father in law . they charged so much, with the result of that we lost our family member.Just for 4 km Ambulance charged Rs.9000/- can you imagine.nnDo not consult this hospital.Dr Alka hegde is too worst.pathetic treatment.very unprofessional.
