Bank of Baroda ATM - Thane West Branch

HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE.nEver since the bank merge, this place has gone bad to worse. Last month cause of the merge, people had their accounts updated. The passbook entry services for the same were not available in the bank. Multiple people stood in a line for two hours to get 1 passbook entry. They have server issues, the machines don't work and that includes the AC.nOn top of that, the employees are simply terrible. Rude, arrogant, unhelpful and basically doing us all a favor by showing up to work.nI couldn't even get a straight answer regarding confusion about a passbook entry.nI'd suggest either being upfront, yelling or going straight to the manager.nThe only upside to this bank is the watchman is helpful.

Staff is very disgraceful & disrespectful towards the customer... treating people like dogs...it was very sad to see the way they behaved.

Extremely poor customer service. They do not entertain your call for more than 5 minutes even though you have valid questions. I have been told by the phone rep. that there are plenty of customers behind me, and they don't have time to talk - if you don't have time to talk with valid customers, then you should probably hire more people, but atleast don't tell the customer on the face that you don't have time.nnHighly disappointed by the service.
