Divisional Controller Not punctual abt timing. Had to wait for one hour for RTI First Appeal hearing

A very poorly maintained place. Have not seen any development happening here since decades. Next time will put some images of the stand too. Also never got a reply for the complaint that I had given which is very strange and not acceptable. Hope things get better here. Have a safe journey.

The worst service given. Merging of Pune Swargate Thane Pune Swargate Shivneri is on regular basis though the buses are plying on the route. Always late by time and rude answers by drivers. The buses are also of bad conditions like Lal Pari and all. I don't understand, why are male passengers not having an option to book the front 2 seats of Shivneri. Worst division of transport. Should learn something from KSRTC.
