Will not recommend anyone to buy medicines from this shop. Despite having valid prescription and having stock which I could see in the system, they are not ready to give more than 1 weeks medicine. When asked for the same as to why they cannot give atleast what they have in stock, they say they are not able to trace the rest of the stock. This is not the first time that I have had this kind of experience with this shop. Pathetic work ethics and pathetic staff with no sense of ownership and belongingness. Its high time that Wellness Forever's Management do a mystery shopping in this particular shop of theirs to understand what kind of people they have hired over here. Rather than concentrating on marketing of OTC multivitamins and useless beauty products s, it's better they concentrate on better customer service. Even the local Kirana shop's service is much better than the service provided by this shop.

I actually wanted to give zero stars. I have been to this shop several times. I have had a terrible experience everytime I have visited. The staff at the shop lack professionalism. Their behaviour is pathetic and cringeworthy to say the the least. I really hope the management will take notice immediately and take steps to improve their customer service. Because at this point, its the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I will never go to this shop again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Please close this outlet...worst service and most the medicines are not available...the staff is pathetic and not helpful.

Very good medical shop. They have nice and friendly service. They are 24/7 open and also provide free home delivery.

Having pathetic service. The staff is not cooperative and argue with the customer alot. Better they hire some good people who know how to serve a customer. Please avoid cross selling of unnecessary products to the customer.
