I absolutely love this flower shop!!! They are so compassionate, understanding and very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to call them on two different occasions last minute to order flowers for a funeral and each time they made it an effortless experience. Just yesterday I called them asking for a last min arrangement for my mothers funeral with 10 mins probably less notice and in that little timeframe the arrangement was beautiful and better than I expected. I did not get the lady’s name that helped me because I was in such a rush but THANK YOU AGAIN, I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOU HELPED SAVE MY DAY!!!!! I definitely recommend them!

Best flower delivery in Norwalk. I've sent numerous flower arrangements from here and always hear compliments of how beautiful they are. I've also received flowers and they are definitely GORGEOUS! Particularly I ordered flowers this morning for my friend who sadly lost a loved one and they arrived hours later and the arrangement was beautiful. Always will be my go to spot!

As an owner of my own florist In south Florida, I know how challenging it could be to have another florist guide you in your creativity so I hope I wasn’t to controlling. LOLnI searched several florists in the area and chose Branch’s based on there vibe & reviews to order for a customer of my florist.nThey were thrilled with the outcome. Thank you so very much Amanda & Alex for being patient, purchasing special flowers & creating such a beautiful standing spray for my customer. Flowers were great and so was the service. But more than one employee was not wearing a mask. They weren't helping customers but it's hard to feel safe indoors when employees are not wearing masks consistently right now.
