Zero stars. I am very dissatisfied with the flowers that my sister received from Flowers By Jones. I ordered the Deluxe Love Medley Bouquet as show in the attached picture from their website and my sister received the arrangement pictured in the other photo. The arrangement is nothing close to what is pictured/advertised on their website. I called the Flowers by Jones Friday afternoon (the day of delivery) to let know know that I was disappointed in the flower arrangement received. The lady apologized and asked for the flowers to be returned on Monday and said that they would provide a new arrangement to replace the one received. My brother-in-law returned the flowers on Monday as requested and the guy removed a few flowers and inserted a few others. Still the arrangement looks nothing like the arrangement expected based on their web site. I am very disappointed their service and will take my business somewhere else.

My son and I stopped in today for birthday flowers for my mom. The gentleman working there came out and asked if we needed help. My son picked out an arrangement premade, and the gentleman carried it to try counter and asked if we wanted to write out a card to go with it. He let my son pick out a card, and then he attached it to the card holder. He joked with my son and was so easy to talk to. Making the experience so enjoyable. We were only there a few minutes but my son and I were happy to be there and meeting such a kind and warm man. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered an arrangement and it looked nothing like the photo from their site and half the size! I would at least expect it to be similar! I called them and the man just said he subbed a couple flowers because they were out and offered no help other than sorry about that! Definitely order elsewhere!
