In Puri it may be a big shop. But after sale they forget if the materials are properly loaded or not. Needs more customer orientation.

The products are damaged, when you ask the reason they will tell its at the time of transportation. Less varities and that too damaged. For that also they won't give you a discount. Only Money based not Customer based. If you are willing to buy damaged product then for sure you can visit the shop.
