Stayed for a long time. Very nice ambience, delicious food specially Breakfast spread is very good. Huge pillarless conference hall. Nice swimming pool, Raindance, friendly staff. All the rooms are Club suite with balcony. Looking forward to stay again . ud83dude42

No issue with room service and all.Staffs were very good but service was slow.nMajor problem was with the restaurant.First of all restaurant staffs are very slow in delivering the food and moreover the staffs and the restaurant manager were very adamant and their behaviour was very poor.They dont even know how to talk with the customers properly and they give threats to the customer if the customer complains them regarding any of their faults with their service.They dont accept their fault and above that they behave very inappropriately.nRestaurant service was damn poor and restaurant staffs were very rude to their customers.Please try to avoid using the restaurant facility in this property.

Very poor maintenance. Zero service. Dirty room. The sofas are so dirty, and full of small insects. Not worth at all.

One of the best stays in puri. The food prices are bit too high. Nevertheless the taste was nice.
