Very bad services, unpolite persons, speaking very arrogantly. very poor experience i have booked through oyo but they are not providing clean room just fake things has been told by manager ranjit

third class hotel not able to provide good services not able to provide good room and cheating with customer only not a single person whom you belive all are just there for earning not a good customer services all staff are just fake person the most Ranjit parida hotel manager who just cheated us regarding room and told that we have only two room in the hotel.

Waste of money really bad service all staff are very poor then don't idea about how to talk with customers hotel manager ranjit is making fools to people in online the room is different and in offline is in very bad condition there are cokroaches,insect one of the worst hotel in puri is MJ RESIDENCY never plan to stay in this hotel totally waste of money

Hotel looks good in first impression but inside it is dirty every time and also bathroom are in very bad conditions, it means if you are more bothered about sanitation , this hotel in not for you ,, but this hotel is economical for Pennywise people,,,at the cost of bad sanitation.., hotel's restaurant provides good breakfast but dinner and lauch items are less than average ,,,, wifi facility is good
