The Ramkrishna Mission works as worship, potential divinity of the soul, and harmony of religions which are three of the noteworthy ideals on which the organization is based.  It is this ideal of service to man as service to God that sustains the large number of hospitals, dispensaries, mobile medical units, schools, colleges, rural development centres and many other social service institutions run the twin organizations.nnThe headquarters of Ramkrishna Mission is at Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal situated on the western bank of River Hoogly(Ganges).

can be visited in the evenings for holy chants and prayers.Nice place to sit and relax.Kali puja,jajadhyati pujalocated in PN road opposite to Gyan Vigyan Vidyalaya.Best time to visit is in the evening.The building is very well maintained .One can also check his/her medical condition with free of cost.Doctors are from the Assam medical college.

The garden is not well maintained and it has cracked on the top of the temple and more else.
