The worst service ever.They knock your door every single day before you purchase and post for any concern/complaint they don’t even respond to your phone call.nI bought a car ,they delivered the new car with a dent in rear door .on the day of delivery after many arguments they gave an overtaking to replace the door within 7-10 working days. Forget about 7/10 days , even after a month they didn’t inform anything about the replacement to us .When we called to check , the sales person didn’t even care to take the call and update us .I had to visit showroom many times just to talk to the sales person and manager about the update .nFinally on the day of servicing they promised to us for replacement .But by the evening when we called to ask if we cab go and get the car they told that instead of replacement they polished the dent without informing us.nHow unprofessional these guys can be ud83dude21nSuggestion to Jyote motors (which I have given in person also) -> Boss if you can’t service your customers well , first shut your mouth where make fake promises to customer , or shut your The Jyote Motors

It is a Maruti Suzuki authorised dealer and service center , best in the state of Odiaha ...nIt is at Balasore just at left side of NH 16 when you travel from Bhubaneswar to west Bengal
