Dealer not ready to take any responsibility at all. Very casual behavior towards customer's complaint. I bought Acrylic putty buckets which after opening found too watery. Very low viscosity of putty. But upon calling the dealer, he was like, he can't do anything on that. Being such a reputed dealer, he should be little sensitive towards customer's complaint and convey our issues to company.

Good service. Oldest paint shop in baleswar they have mixing machine so practically u can get any wall color with any grade. Online tranfer available and google pay etc etc available. Both asian paints and dulux paints available.
