Absolutely bad.. The staff members are very rude at the reception counter even they don't behave properly with the patients. Nor they provide proper details of Dr arrival.. Time consuming process to meet the Doctor. Doctor Gyana Ranjan is a good doctor but due to staff behavior image goes down.

Very bad as i visited 2 times.... From doing serial to meet doctor, nothing in good manners.staffs are not supportive.staffs are not aware of doctors arrival. No knowledge about patients care while waiting for doctors. When doing numbering at morning, staffs are saying come by 12clock but doctor coming at 3pm, which is very very bad.

Really dissappointed with appointment process.nn1-Taking appointment through justdail not valid here. Why to keep that option open?nWhich Misleading your appointment process.nn2- No proper guidance / notice about the appointment process at hospital. What about new customer? How they will get an appointment without your guidance?nn3- On Google it 24*7 support but no one picking phone till 10 am for support.nIf your patient got serious how you will support?nnSo changed my plan to visit different doctor.nnNot sure about diagnosis so no comment.

I have no idea how the doctor is but am waiting in line from 12 noon and he haven't yet reached the clinic. And the staffs are even not responding as to when he will reach. During this pandemic they are literally making a fuss. Very disappointed and not advisable.
