Waste of money !nWorst alignment service i seen ever !nI went for wheel alignment and told my complaint like wheel vibration when drive 90 or 100km speed in highway, but they have done wheel alignment and balancing because it will get arrested , but also they have done change of my tyres in back unnecessarily and charged for that too finished their work , then I taken my vehicle and done test drive , there were sever wobbling in back tyres innthe speed of 50km itself , steering wheel and tyre pulling left side while drive , I told the same to tech person he asked me to come next day , so i went spending again with my Diesel, he changed the wheels left right and done test drive even though the wobbling not arrested , because he is not able to identify the problem by technician (he was talking nicely while but my purpose not solved) my complaint to sakthi tyre is why technician not able found and say whether it is due to disk problem or tyre problem or any other problem , he simply said I don't understand the problem , and he is not ready to rectify the steering and wheel left side pulling problem also , unnecessarily he was doing steering adjustment but I don't understand how come if he adjusted steering only the left side wheel pulling issue will get arrested when they have not done proper alignment.(note before entering I don't have this particular issue). My problem not solved so said this issue to the centre manager but he was not bothered about my problem he is only interested in billing and collection you have to talk to tech person only , then why he is incharge for the centre, further he is not even provided proper report for the work they have done , after I asked they says printer problem come and collect some other day, they are not even ready to send through email wast manager, so my final word is they are not expertise in this field , they don't care about customer satisfaction , that's it .

I felt as good as what I expected.

Good and friendly people has good knowledge about tyres. Surely recommend. Wheel alignment and balancing was good. they are using 3d wheel balancing.
