hi i am suresh i bought furniture for my house warming function .i order wooden cot & sofa set & berrow all in teak wood .they delivered my order in quick time as they said they finish my order in excellent quality and mainly i want to say i miss berrow key and i call to shop for service with in 30 mints their service boy changed that excellent service and good approach by their staff .

I ordered a cot in this shop for 50000 and they delivered a different one with low quality and worst finishing style... later I informed to modify atleast the side draw and side table and they took it back with Them saying they will modify and till now I didn’t receive my side draw and side table also and no proper response also from them... if I asked them to meet their owner and the manager is not allowing me to contact him directly saying he is too busy...my personal review about this shop is very poor
