Very very worst courier service at Karaikal. They dont deliver at all even to main areas. Without delivering they update '' delivered '' in their website providing fake signature of customers. Even if we call them they wont response and even they dont call us to collect our products. Being a reseller, facing lots of issues with this courier service

Their responsible are not good. They didn't attend the phone calls. Try other services.

They never deliver the items even within the town limit. Also if we call them no proper response from them. Better opt for other courier services

If there is option to zero rating, I would have given that. Very very worst service. Parcel received to karaikal 7 days before from chennai, still they didn’t deliver to the address also they are picking the call. We filed a complain too, still no response. Any ST courier representative, please help me how to get my parcel from that stupid office? We visited that courier office too, they said deliver boy has the parcel but we didn’t receive the parcel yet.
