Too much waiting time. Don't follow que option. Prefer old patient than new even having an emergency. They let you suffer from pain

Worst experience ever. Highly unprofessional staff as well as subordinate staff. Went to the hospital for the treatment of my grandma, reception staff handed over a token no and kept us waiting for like 1.5 hours.nInquires were made from our side but everytime they said keep waiting. After 1.5 hours they said doc is gone.Then they started the drama of blame game.

This is the worst hospital where they do surgeries like hipp replacement etc.when they do the surgery there is no coronavirus because they will take a lot of money from the patient but when the patient faces difficulty later on after the surgery then the doctor sits so far from the patient and doesn't listen to the patient's problem seriously at all.At that time coronavirus appears. These doctors treat patients like a materialistic thing and do a experiment on their bodies.i am writing this to save the life of other people who are thinking of going to this hospital.we have lost our loved one (nana ji)due to the negligence of this hospital.shame on the doctor who did the surgery and never addressed the patient's problem later on despite of going to hospital again and again .rest in peace my dear papa ji.

They are using old and worst techniques. They do operations just to take claim of government health insurance money and do not address the patient problems after that. This hospital is doing things incorrectly and supporting it after that.

Provide best of their facilities, the staff is so helpful & understanding.nFew days ago my brother alike Dr. Harjot Kamal, MLA moga was met an accident after that they take him to this hospital and they give first priority to each & every patient, regardless his vip status or designation.
