Today i visited Jalandhar shoppers stop after long time and got very good service provided by ladies footwear staff. Amazing experience and most importantly all staff was Well Dressed with Masks on face.

It's sad state of affairs here much against our expectations. Though it's one of the prime shopping hubs where one would like to go and shop being under same roof; staff here is unprofessional and overall approach approach is negative.nThis kind of vibe is reflection of the management team. Staff is just focussed towards earning own benefits. Basic courtesy of letting customer know about options are available in entire store was also missing from each and every staff.nIf staff are of the outlook and opinion that they can make fool of customers, then I would like to apprise them that they lack insight. Giggling, gossiping & commenting on a customer behind his back/screen are poor etiquettes.nAt cash counter, staff is more oriented towards getting their name endorsed towards the purchase rather than facilitating customer with rates and other basic norms.nnWide range of products are available, however that doesn't suffice the requirement of a store. Had that been the case, Shoppers Stop could have been run with robots and one manager.nnManagement needs to have a detailed look into this orelse customers will lose the faith and comfort as expected out of a typical Shoppers Stop.

I was planning to buy formal shirt for my father . One of my friend suggested me to go shoppers stop. I was amazed to see offer and collection. Due to heavy discount and extended service by staff, I ended up with buying 4 STOP shirts and one dress for myself. I got free membership as well.nnMany brands are there with great offer. Highly recommended
