I will not recommend this saloon to anyone. We have to wait for such a long time for services. Staff has been trained that if any customer comes try to convert the customer to opt for their membership. And once the membership is opted they won't give you the appointment. Totally a flop parlour.

Worst salon in Jalandhar. Very rude staff , no etiquettes how to talk to customer. Even they use the cheap products for my facials and charged 3000 for that. I got rashes and when I complain the next day then I was told to apply ice on my face. Can’t believe

HORRIBLE SALON, RUDE STAFF AND CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS PLUS NO VALUE FOR CLIENT'S TIME.nnI, once, went to this salon only because of its reasonable pedicure & manicure prices. But as they say, low price usually means low quality, that is true with this salon. My first experience with this salon was horrible. I went for my highlights and they made me wait for 3 hours (Yes, that's true) They said as I had no appointment so I have to wait. Ok, that makes sense, but 3 hours. Really? Still I waited because one my friends who recommended me this salon talked very high about it, so I wanted to give it a shot. The girl who did my highlights was polite & nice. I got my highlights done. The problem with these kind of salons is that they don't let customers know what they are putting onto their hair/ skin/ body, since they never open bottles in front of their clients. They put the product in small bowls. I asked for Loreal AMMONIA FREE hair color. Although, the color came out to be okay, but on my next visit I came to know that It wasn't ammonia free. Next time, I went for a package which this salon usually advertises in newspapers. I took pedicure & manicure. The service was okay, but again I had to wait for half an hour (This time with appointment).nMy mother once went to this salon to try out their facial. The staff is so rude & pretends to be super- busy all the time. They made her wait for 1.5 hour. The lady went out of the spa room to bring back the facial products and never returned back. My mom got up and checked out to see what's happening, and that lady was in another room eating chips and chilling out with other staff members. Wow, hats off! This is the treatment they give to their clients. I will never recommend this salon to anyone.
