ALTIS HOSPITAL - Dr. Atul Mittal

Sothing n beautiful entrance is required for patients. It doesn't take much time to get the slip from reception. And the visitor's area has a small setup where pictures n idols of all religions is kept. This represents that hospital is a place where people of all religions are dealt equally well. We just visited for a vaccine and it didn't take us much time. The staff service is satisfactory.

On of the best doctors I have ever come across. Looks at patients with a lot of patience and I highly recommend this doctor. .. best doctor in Jalandhar Mittal sir .

Poor service....Most rude and quite money minded doctor...Dr. Atul...never listened to patient..told us to do tests without even listening to problems of patient...We sent reports on whatsapp...not even replied to it....also no person to handle wheelchair parients..nnStrongly recommend not to visit....my experience poorest...

Altis hospital..I visited this hospital and met Dr.Atul mittal he suggest few test which was conducted inside hospital. Bill was of 5500/- and after that Doc came to about stones in kidney of size 60mm.nAnd suggested surgery which he said his hospital expense will be of 30-35 thousand and 5-6 thousand for medicine. Which as per doc complete cost of procedure will be around 40-43 thousand.nAnd got admitted here as cost was reasonable.nNow the real story start Procedure was done successfully by doc. And at the time of discharge , they told me to pay 50thousand hospital expense. And medicine charge 12000/- extra.nNow total cost for a stone operation using lasernTechnology rose to 50k +12k+5.5k(prior to hospitalisation bill) = 67.5 k.nDoctor is very sweet first he will tell you very reasonable rate and after procedure he himself change the procedure rate.nnWhy he committed wrongly at first?nAnd afterwards with very lame excuses of stone was big it took time all that nonsense. Like doc was not aware of size of stone before..nGuys it is good hospital but *VERY EXPENSIVE*nI suggest if doc tell you the amount at first hand just pay the bill and then start the all procedure if you like..nELSE YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND POSSIBLY CHARGED DOUBLE AFTERWARDS.nBeware !!nOne more thing they demand all payments in cash from you no cheques ,no credit/debit cards. So that again a negative ud83dudc4e..nnAnd they will TAKE COMPLETE ONE WEEK FOR WHAT THEY CALL PAKKA BILL after discharge. Dont know what this hospital is upto.. I was not able to get my medical bill reimbursement due to delay in pakka bill and still waiting for that..
