One of the best gyms in Jalandhar. Very efficiently and professionally run by a fitness enthusiast. It has the maximum variety of high quality gym equipment. Most of its machines are of famous American fitness equipment brand Precor. It's a unisex gym and highest standards of discipline and hygiene are maintained by the administration in the gym. Hence one can exercise in a very congenial and healthy gyming atmosphere. It has steam but sauna is missing. It also holds various dancing classes also as part of the package for its members.

The facilities in this gym are so good and they have latest machines in the gym . In this gym they provide yoga class in morning ,CrossFit ,Zumba and bhngra classes also
