August 2015 applied for new passport. Still have not got it. Nearly 6 years now. Wow! Really have to say. .it happens only in India. 6 years waiting time for a passport? This explains a lot about service.

I would have given -5 stars. Worst behavior and racism experienced by me. They said that I am a nepali immigrant based on my looks. My whole family is living on Punjab even before 1947 when India was established but they say that I am not Indian. I showed them my grandfather's army documents and all other document but they are just not helping. I think they want bribe.

Only infrastructure is good. Staff is really very rude. They are not even ready to listen a query which does not require any formal appointment. They even talk very badly.

Really very bad service and delay in process. My file is waiting from last 5 months is too bad and shameful . Nobody takes the calls. just headache
