It was a good first time experience. Staff at the station was not very helpful. (Headphones in while I was trying to get information about my departure). However, the staff on the bus were both very helpful and quick. I’ll definitely use the service again next time.

Very irresponsible people, they don't provide Contact number and if they provide they cannot pik call or if they pik but can't talk

Customers service is very poor. No one answered the phone. Very costly good service.

Very unprofessional people, their customer care number was unattended. Your time has no value for them. When I visited their office instead of guiding me the attendant said u didn't booked ur tickets from my counter that's why u r suffering

Highly unprofessional staff. Most of the employees dont have a clue of how to deal with the Passengers/ Customers. It's just the ease of availability of the Indo-Canadian coaches, just outside the exit gates of IGI that compels one to use it. Rubbish !!
