Extremely inconveniet services, not informing passangers about their flight status, cancelling flights and postponing them without any permission from the passanger. Very poor customer care services, will never book a flight from air india.

Worst airline. They cancel your return flight just to sell it to other customers who are willing to pay more money for the seats. They don't care if you need to get home ASAP due to a medical condition or because you got a small child, they just expect money. My flight was due to return back from India on the 24th February to London Heathrow but they cancelled my flight and gave my tickets to somebody else then gave me another ticket for the 2nd March and they then cancelled that too and changed it for the 4th march and cancelled that too then I got angry and contacted my travel agent in the UK and he booked me emergency seats from the UK for the 27th February which I had to go to Amritsar Airport and show the Air India Team there that he have booked my tickets then they finally gave me seats and made my flight final. I WILL NEVER BE BOOKING AGAIN WITH AIR INDIA. AVOID THIS AIRLINE

Pretty sure no one gonna come to your office after Covid finish! No one gonna even think about booking with corrupted air India.nnWhole team needs to be changed at Jalandhar office. they don’t know how to reply and inform senior citizens.nYou just say keep eye on Twitter to your grandma!! How that sounds ?nnMark my words and wait for this pandemic to be finished.
