Not recommended to go here. You have to be really assertive in order to make yourself clear because otherwise they just don't care about you(-r trip) and book a ticket. Please go to another shop or travel agency. A proper agency would have told me that I did not have to go to another city to get on the bus. They knew where I was heading but just agreed on everything I was saying, which was partially based on not having a clue about what to do.
