I started to train with kabeer khan sir. To say that he is an absolute pro at his job is an understatement. Kabeer sir's knowledge of not just the technique but also about the anatomy, the inner workings of the muscle is astounding. He is not just well versed about training but can see the specific muscle imbalances and works on them.I am very glad to see someone who is as observant, skillful and knowledgable. Met the best trainer in kota....one of the finest and best in the field...All i can say is kabeer sir is best in town and helpful,he keep eyes on every individual in gym and help in building our personality.. lastly i can only thank him for his best efforts.....higly recommend... moreover i must say about sohaib sir and kushwant sir are best in field....
