Booked the Kasera Palace, but we're switched to the Heritage View. The room was basic, but fine, with an idiosyncratic, but effective, shower. Our room was at the back, so fairly quiet, considering the position. The staff were friendly. They offered a pickup from the station, discovered our train had been cancelled (we hadn't), and contacted us to tell us - good service.

We went there for Henna tatoo. This couple was really nice and welcoming. We had a interesting discussion about India, education etc.nWe spent a great time therenThanks you :)

Very bad!nnI booked a room in November 2017 and after reaching the hotel well before time, the person on Hotel Kasera Heritage View told me they sold the room to someone else.nnI showed them the booking receipt and the person tore it apart?!nnWhat the heck? After investigating a bit, I found out that the hotel sold my room to someone else paying more money than me!nnVery bad hotel! DONOT GO!

Good place. Beautiful Rooms. Art work inside the room is great. Has a beautiful view of Bundi palace from room's window and rooftop.
