Heritage villa where owners living on ground floor :(So no late coming & Early going ):nnRestaurant & most of the services are provided by the family, So that's too much to ask for as they are not professionals.nnWell maintained than nearby cheap properties.nnParking space is very limited so it may be available on advance notice.nnGreat view of Fort & Lake from the terrace.nnReasonable charge (750₹/Night in March).

You will get a beautiful view of bundi lake from your room. People who are running this are very sweet and cooperative. Master bed rooms give you the feeling of luxurious palace life.

The location of the hotel is very near the Bundi Fort. You can see the Fort in the back and the Nawal Sagar Lake in front together from the rooftop restaurant of the Hotel. It is run by a Family which stays at the ground floor. They are a very warm and kind family, and very helpful in giving information. The rooms are big and clean. The restaurant serves home made food from the family kitchen. The stay is quiet comfortable and cosy. Sharing some photos to get a better idea. Totally recommended for memorable stay in Bundi.

Hi I'm Peter from England. I stayed at Haveli Katkoun for 5 nights in December. The room was very comfortable and clean even under the bed and in corners. The bathroom had good facilities and hot water 24 hours. There is ac in the rooms and secure parking for motorbikes inside (I'm travelling by bike). In the morning I sat on the hotel roof to eat breakfast looking at the amazing view all around. For me the hotel felt like a palace! Inside there are many traditional decorations and paintings. Everyone here was friendly and helpful and I felt like part of the family during my stay. I was sad to leave at the end, but I know I'll be back! Thanks so much to the owner Raghu!
