The main restaurant at The Umaid Bhawan.nEverything from the furniture, center hall plants and flowers, the paintings, ceiling, even the cutlery make you feel like royalty.nBut then come the delightfully humble folks to wait you and make you feel totally at home and not overwhelmed.nAnd yes, you will overeat. So keep space till dessert.nAllow the waiters make their suggestion and dig into the Marwari Thali. I have never had a better Papad curry or Chaas before.nIf you have a celebration to go, then will happily make it special.nWonderful experience.

Risala at Umaid Bhawan Palace has a royal ambience. The food and service was good. Breakfast was simply Superb!

For real fine dining and wining, look no further than the Risala, a palatial restaurant where guests are treated like royalty. Named after the Risala Jodhpur lancers who won victory over the Turks at Haifa in 1918, the restaurant’s walls are lined with portraits of the lancer martyrs and His Royal Highness Umaid Singh.

It was great hospitality by the Taj Umed Bhavan Jodhpur... A property that actually makes you feel I timeless princess... Trophy Bar is a very chilled out bar with actual stuffed and preserved hunted animals... Risala great Indian restaurant where food still served in gold plated crockery...Rajput and Mughal inspired architecture is actually converted from an age old structure... A must try while in Jodhpur.
