My stay there was from 25th to 28th Feb 2021. Rating should be zero but there is no such provision, therefore, one star.nAir conditioning was not working. Fridge was not working for two days.nHot water availability was timed like in cheap Guest houses.nThere is no separate contact number for house keeping, I had to call front desk many times to get even a small thing done.nA small thing like ice was not available in the hotel.nCushion covers provided with chairs and settee were not washed in ages and were visibly dirty.

If it's possible to give negative rating would be better. They have timings for hot water.......like some lodges in mahabaleshwar.nFood quality below zero.nAnd the height is there is no water at times and excuse like feeling tanks for around an hour.......

Very cosy & homely place... Gives you the feeling of staying in a Palace.nVery cordial & helpful staff.nAwesome Lawns & open areas within the Resort !!

A big NOT RECOMMENDED.nNo proper service.nNo proper WIFI. Staff is not aware how to fix wifi issue.nTiming for hot waterud83dude02nComplementary breakfast on order basis very pathetic rules and service. I have seen first time that breakfast is one serve only even after paying 400 rs. After giving order it took 20 minutes to bring Tea.what else we can expect?nOut dated indoor game instruments.nNo sync between hotel staff and club mahindra staff. I recommend club mahindra to stop affilition with such lower class service hotel. This is lowering standard of club mahindra.
