The biggest gym in thiruvarur... With well-equipped equipments and the best trainer for both men & women... The cost is also less and the training given by vinoth master was valuable and the result was extraordinary... Want to gain/lose weight , for health & fitness I recommend AROOR VEERA GYM THIRUVARUR @ NEW STREET AND VILAMAL...

I've joined this gym sep2020 and sharing my experience here. Gym equipped with high quality fitness accessories and trainer Mr. Vinod Kumar gives the adequate tips to his clients and understands the needs of the person, Then he gives proper exercises and make sure clients follows the same on schedule. Later few months I made myself fit again after the Covid19 epidemic. All the above, He follows the discipline across the floor and he is humble and Polite to everyone. He is ready to support and gives the guidance as and when required on need basis...nI am immensely love this place and I strongly suggest this gym for the youngster and middle ages peoples (He runs the separate Gym for women's as well).
