U need to know where it is paining whether upper, middle and low so that Dr Vimal sir give theraphy with some exercise u try to do consistent without missing a day so back pain will be gone. 2years I have suffer from backpain. I cannot able to sit and study for exam 2nd 3rd year and after CLG finish I gone for 2 hospital, but there is no improvement. After that I have going to this grace physio. Now there is a lot of improvement in backpain. I taking physio right now. Soon I have faith in sitting for a long time.
