Nice display and well organized. The Manager were courteous and necessary explanations were provided. Prompt delivery. Fitting was done by Mr. Mohanraj. Well experienced person. Did his job perfectly. Hats off to Royal Oak. Very satisfied in all aspect.nRobertnChennai

This is not the first bad experience with royal oak.nSome of the reasons why I would never buy from here againn1) impossible to reach out to customer care. (Don't think the that vertical exists)nMr Naveen from Ambattur store, Chennai knows the issue and hence doesn't pick up my calls.nn2) At the time of payment the order was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. It's 9 days and no way to figure outnn3) disappointing reviews, should have checked out about them.

Nice ambience, all staffs are so polite and gentle. Rates all quite Affordable.... I purchased furniture items from Ms.Divya she is so kind and patience in handling costumers. Having good knowledge about products.

Superb collections are there.. All the furnitures looks stylish.. We bought sofa, it's good one with affordable price. Ms. Divya's customer service is very best. She explained well about the product in friendly way. Her service was very good. If I need any furniture in future sure will purchase in Royaloak only. I'm very impressed.ud83dude0a☺ud83dudc96
