This is a highly recommended company. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were sent sample chairs and nothing was too much trouble. The price was very competitive and delivery was on schedule and efficient. Excellent service and good quality product, especially for the price.Thank you!Sales persons are very friendly especially BANU she did great job in explaining the products and my queries, made me comfortable, suggested furniture according to my expectation and co-ordinating till the end. First time using Royaloak Furniture, will definitely use again. Well presented website which is easy to use and good prices, dealt with several staff who were all helpful. Products were as described and arrived on time and the delivery price was also very reasonable. Quite impressed also with the range of fabrics on offer.Showroom is good and lot of varieties of furniture. Sales person Ms. Banu explains attend us very politely. Keep it up..

I ordered tables and chairs for our golf club dining room extension. A very helpful service prior to ordering and the delivery was very quick following our order with plenty of accurate info regarding date and time. The quality of the furniture is superb and comments from our members and visitors all positive. We'll be back for more. Royaloak furniture is the best place to take furniture. I recommend because, I had a great experience in purchasing recliner from here. There are too many models and designs. Quality is good and price worthy. Also customer service is good. Mr John staff of Royaloak was very friendly and guided us very well with his suggestions regarding recliner. Thank you John.
