worst service, no respect for the customers. They asked me to collect the item from the store due to the delivery boy's unavailability. The lady in the store so rude in response.

Really worst and worst service of this dtdc..they are actually frauds.they dont deliver the parcel and update the status that they delivered already...fraud dtdc peoples...they stolen my so many parcels...dont believe in this service...fraud fraud dtdc
