Bank Executives are highly professional. They sorted out my issues relating to Yono SBI and online internet banking. I can now transfer money to others without any hassle. Once in a month there will be network issues but will be rectified soon. I like the professional and friendly approach and their dedication towards solving customer issues.

Accountant Mr. Shastri takes one hour 15 mins to verify a 500 Rs demand draft , had terrible experience , leaves his desk very often .nBank doesnot have an attender i quess ,? Customer has to go around table to table passing the form . Hope these people will learn to behave with there customer atleast a day before there retirement . There are many capable canditates that deserves this job . Hope this feed back works , if you are a businessmen to open any account here please do not .
