Pathetic state of the layout when visited recently. Roads got damaged very badly with vegetation grown across the width and length of the roads. Sewage/ Drainage lines incomplete, electrical lines work incomplete, no watchman, no layout/project board available at site. The layout giving deserted look. Surrounding layouts around this area well & fully developed. I request the management to please look into and do the needful to keep up the promises made while selling the plots. Overall a disgusting, highly disappointed and felt like cheated in the hands of the realtors. I request the plot purchasers to wake up and pressurize the management to keep up the promise made. I will also join for sure.

Ecxellent Layout, Steps away from Penjerla village and very close to Nine Temples and Johnson & Johnson.
