1)Opted for midnight delivery and paid rs.250 extra .However, they delivered it in the evening.whatever is supposed to be a surprise is ruined.( They have initiated the cashback for the delivery charge.Not sure when I will recieve it)n2) Atleast I expected the 1/2 kg 700 rs cake to be delivered fresh and as per the selected one from their page.Guess what ! We received broken stale cake which now ruined the occasion ! When updated about this, the resolution that they offered it rs.150 addition to their wallet. Why will I ever use this app again ?

I used to ordered cakes and gift from floweraura for my family and friends and they always used to say that quality were not good. Even local shop provides better quality then floweraura. Yesterday I ordered for my self and I came to know that It is really worst quality I ever had in my life. Very disappointed and I never suggest anyone to go through floweraura here after. Its waste of money and even this will make you down in front of your family and friends in terms of taste and quality.

I ordered Double Syngonium Combo from Floweraura, However I was very disappointed with the gift, as the size of the plant is very tiny and the flower pot[vase] is also very very tiny when compared with the picture depicted in the website, we also doubted whether it will be alive, so we shifted the plant from small pot to the one we have at home[Bigger one] and we observed that both are already dead inspite of trying everything. Its very disappointing that we ordered this gift.

Floweraura can do some other business instead of giving fake delivery commitments to customers...better do call business ..u are fit for that...

I have ordered flowers for continuous three for valentines occasion and selected fixed time delivery ( charges 200 Rupees ). None of the deliveries are delivered on time and also flowers aren't fresh.
