All the equipment is available and you can sweat until you can stand. Water facility is available. Trainee is well educated. Gives very good tips about maintaining body and is an easily mingled with everyone. U can ask any doubt with your fitness and he is there to answer without any hesitation. Gym is well equipped with all instruments and music systems. People from different parts of the city come here. Morning is the best time to gym here and trust it is peaceful and you can build your body very well.

Matrix ladies gymn is worst one.one coach com receptionist will be dere.she behaves as a watch woman to d machines available Dere. More rules no coaching only gossiping. It's not a gymnastics. It's a gossiping hub.
