I ordered a rose bouquet. The bouquet was not deliver on time , the roses were completely dead , customer service was downright rude, not worth money at all.

The bouquet was so bad that i cant even give it to the concerned person. Roses were dead , Delivery not done in the given time slot bouquet handle was damaged , card was badly hand written on a Happy birthday card. Worst experience ever , never going to order again from Blooms villa.

Pathetic website , scammers , dead roses were delivered several hours late , the quality was so bad that i threw them in trash directly without giving them. The flower bouquet cost me Rs 500 but it was not even worth of Rs 5.

I ordered fresh tulips. They delivered plastic ones. I hope that much of information as a review should suffice. But gracious of them to refund my money. But the moment for which tulips were ordered got spoilt.
Similar place
