Its a free public park. A good place to have morning and evening walks. Back till 2012 it was 24 hrs open but not much safe but now it has walls all around with security guards and the also has timings for visit.nMorning: 5 AM - 9 AMnEvening: 4 PM - 7 PM

This place is great to spend time at morning and evening. The maidan is patna's most popular landmark. It also acts as a junction to various important routes like, patna junction, pmch patna, gol ghar, exhibition road, etc. There are some important spots outside the maidan like multiplexes, food courts, khaadi mall, govt. bus stand, etc.

Best place for spending time. It is a historic ground in Patna, near the banks of the Ganges River, in Bihar, India. The Golghar falls to its west. Gandhi maiden is very big and lots of building and offices is around maiden.
