H S Rai is very rude and you will get very bad and fearful vibe once you enter to the Dr cabin. The hospital is very dirty and unhygienic and no one cares about the patent and guide you properly.

Very poor condition of the hospital, the hospital is very dirty. The doctor don't have the manner to talk.nThey just want to earn money by any mean. They also, don't give the bill of medicines. The staff behaviour is very rude. Just because he want to earn more money, he misguides the patient by talking about false diseases. I would not suggest anyone to go there. There are more better doctors than him, in the city.
