I ordered flowers to be delivered Sunday. By Monday the bouquet was dead or dying, I called (from a long distance)and complained as the delivery site is just down the street from this store. I was told the management would replace the bouquet. My niece just sent me a photo of the replacement saying this one was absolutely gorgeous and fresh. Kudos to this florist and management for replacing the flowers and giving such pleasure to my family. Thank you!

I have used Dillon's since my first child was born. I had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my wife in the hospital and was there when it arrived --- gorgeous! I use them now for all my floral needs. Never a problem. They always go over and above with their design, service, and delivery. You just tell them the amount you want to spend, any suggestions about colors or flowers, and they take it from there! HIGHLY recommend them!

Used them for several years and they have been great. I wish they would stop and just listen. They made several errors to one order and they promised me a sample over 4 times and failed on providing it each time. Sadly, I won't be returning. Took too much of time, they are pricey and they did not take any accountability.

We usually use them regularly if and when I need a florist. Someone above said “they don’t listen”. And “he” doesn’t. I understand they’ve been doing this for years ... and know what they’re doing, but sometimes you want it your way, and NOT theirs! I wish I could add a picture to this, because I recently ordered a funeral spray pictured on their website, it was actually a standard item that was offered on all florists websites. OMG! I was so embarrassed! It looked nothing like what I ordered. The picture on the site was primarily carnations with a few different flowers. Full, and beautiful! Mine was ONLY carnations, with great amounts of space in between! I mean c’mon, the cheapest flower out there and they couldn’t even make it full. They should be ashamed! If I ever go to Dillons again, it will be the new one in Milford, where the son branched out on his own. I know for a fact that he does phenomenal work, and probably would have never delivered something so scarce!

While I am happy about the quick delivery of the bouquet I ordered, I have to say I am very disappointed with the actual arrangement. In-laws sent a photo of the flowers, thanking us and I have to say I was very shocked to see that the photo they sent looked NOTHING like what I spent a considerable amount of time picking out. I understand substitutions are needed at times however nothing in the bouquet I chose was that exotic to CT. The color pallet was totally different as were most of the flowers. The bouquet I chose was very full yet what was delivered was very lacking in that area.nnVery disappointed - doubt I will reuse this florist.
