I recently ordered floral lettering for a funeral. Katherine's called me to confirm my order, and also advised me of the best delivery day to balance the flowers freshness and suitability for my requirements. The customer service was very courteous and professional and my order was delivered promptly. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a more fitting tribute to my beloved Grandad Geoff. Thank you to all involved.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. When it arrived, some of the flowers were a bit shabby and a couple of broken stems. The day before Mother's Day during a COVID lockdown is obviously going to be very busy and I think they were probably damaged in transit.nnI complained, was called back within the hour, they discussed alternatives with me and delivered a perfect new bouquet a few hours later.nnMistakes happen and it's how they are dealt with that matters. Really beautiful flowers and excellent service.
